1. Who we are

Christ Healing Evangelical Church, doing business as CHEC Chapel of Praise ("we", "us"), operates the guest and member registration system at churchguests.chapelofpraise.church. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you register, you may give us your name, mobile phone number, email address, home address, date of birth, gender, age group, preferred contact method and details about your visit. Our church team may also add follow-up notes.

3. How we use it

• To welcome you and follow up after your visit.
• To send birthday greetings, new-month messages, event invitations and devotionals.
• To connect you with the right church team or department.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in on our registration form. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Who can see your information

• Designated church team members, such as follow-up and department leaders, who need it to care for you.
• Service providers that deliver our text messages and emails on our behalf. They may use your information only to deliver those messages.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, at any time by emailing checchapelofpraise@gmail.com or calling 708-201-1192. We keep your information for as long as we serve you in our church community, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

Our registration form is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information without a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
